This Cookie Policy explains how NextBayt Analytics FZCO ("NextBayt," "we," "us," or "our"), a company registered in the IFZA Free Zone, Dubai Silicon Oasis, Dubai, United Arab Emirates, uses cookies and similar tracking technologies on our website located at www.nextbayt.com (the "Site").
This Policy applies only to the Site. If we offer mobile applications or browser extensions (including a Chrome extension), the use of cookies, local storage, and similar technologies within those products is addressed in separate, product-specific policies, which will be made available at the relevant download or installation point.
By continuing to browse or use the Site, you acknowledge that you have read and understood how we use cookies as described in this Policy. Where required by applicable law, we will ask for your consent before placing non-essential cookies on your device, and you may manage your preferences at any time using the tools described in Section 9, including your browser settings and available vendor opt-outs.

First-party cookies are set directly by NextBayt (or on our behalf, for our exclusive use) and are generally necessary for the Site to operate. The cookies set by Supabase (our authentication and backend infrastructure provider) and Cloudflare (our security and CDN provider) fall into this category, as they are configured for our Site and used solely to support its operation and security, even though they are technically served through third-party infrastructure.
Third-party cookies are set by domains other than the Site and are controlled by external organizations according to their own privacy and cookie practices. Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity, and Meta (Facebook) Pixel are third-party services. For more information on how these providers handle data collected through their cookies, please see:
Cookies are either "session" cookies, which are deleted automatically when you close your browser, or "persistent" cookies, which remain on your device for a set period or until you delete them.
The durations below are industry-standard default estimates provided for general transparency. They have not been confirmed against our live vendor configurations or dashboards and may not reflect actual settings. We will update this table once a technical audit is complete.
Note: for Google Analytics specifically, this figure should be confirmed against whether it reflects the `_ga`/`_ga_` cookie's browser expiry or GA4's account-level data retention setting once the technical audit (above) is complete.*

NextBayt Analytics FZCO is established in the United Arab Emirates, and our data processing activities, including our use of cookies, are governed by UAE law, including Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on the Protection of Personal Data (the "UAE PDPL") and applicable Free Zone regulations, and, for visitors located in the European Union or European Economic Area ("EU/EEA"), by the EU General Data Protection Regulation and applicable ePrivacy law, as further described in our International Data Protection Addendum (Part A - EU/EEA).
If you are located in the EU/EEA, non-essential cookies (Sections 4.2-4.4) are set only with your prior opt-in consent, obtained via the cookie consent tool described in Section 9.1, consistent with Section 7 of the International Data Protection Addendum (Part A - EU/EEA). For visitors outside the EU/EEA, we provide clear notice and controls consistent with Section 9 as good practice.
The Site remains not directed to, and does not target, users located in the United Kingdom or Switzerland; access to authenticated product features from those territories may be geoblocked consistent with the Terms of Service.
Nothing in this section limits any rights you may separately have under the law applicable to you.
You have several ways to control cookies on the Site.
At this time, the Site does not yet operate an in-site cookie preference banner with accept/reject functionality. You can control non-essential cookies today using your browser settings (Section 9.2) and the vendor-specific opt-out tools listed below (Section 9.3). We are working to implement an in-site cookie preference center; once it is available, this Section will be updated to describe how to use it, and we will provide notice of that change consistent with Section 13.

Strictly necessary cookies (see Section 4.1) are required for core Site functionality. If you disable or block these cookies, you may be unable to log in, remain signed in, or maintain a session, and security features designed to protect you and the Site may not function correctly. Certain pages or features of the Site may not display or operate as intended, and your overall experience may be significantly degraded.
Disabling non-essential cookies — analytics, session replay/heatmap, and advertising cookies (see Sections 4.2–4.4) — has no effect on the core functionality of the Site. You will still be able to log in, browse, and use the Site's features normally. The only effect is that we will have reduced visibility into how the Site is used and reduced ability to measure and optimize our marketing efforts, and you may see less relevant advertising from us on other platforms.
This Cookie Policy supplements and should be read together with our main Privacy Policy, which describes more broadly how we collect, use, disclose, and protect personal data. Information collected through cookies — such as device identifiers, IP addresses, or usage patterns — may constitute personal data as defined in our Privacy Policy, and our collection and use of that data through cookies is subject to the terms of that Privacy Policy in addition to this Cookie Policy. In the event of any conflict between this Cookie Policy and the Privacy Policy regarding the treatment of personal data, the Privacy Policy shall govern.
We may update this Cookie Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our cookie practices, the technologies we use, or applicable law. When we make changes, we will revise the "Last Updated" date at the top of this Policy. If we make material changes that significantly affect how we use cookies or your ability to control them, we will provide additional notice, such as a banner on the Site or another reasonably prominent means of communication, before the changes take effect.
